    What is your MOTIVATION?
    I strongly encourage you to write down your WHY. WHY do you want to get healthy, lose weight, make more money, or create a better life? Write it down and place it somewhere that you can see it daily. It needs to be a constant reminder so that you stay focused. Make it real. Not something superficial…. it needs to stick and carry you through the rough days.
    WHY? WHY? WHY?

    My WHY:

    Fitness Goals – so I can prove all the people wrong who don’t think I can push my body to the max and complete my fitness goals. And, to see what my body can accomplish. I find it fun when people say, “I could never do that” – when I just did.

    Weight Loss – to be an example to others, especially my children. I want them to see me as a Mom who took care of her body, had a muscular form, and one that they can be proud of. Also, being a Beachbody coach, I want to look the part and have people whisper as I walk by, “That lady works out!” I ❤ strong leg muscles!

    Financial Goals – have a bank account that allows me to go on vacation without 'saving' for it & to live comfortably w/o stressing about bills or helping my kids through college. Self-support.

    Spiritual Goals – never ending journey to learn more about God and follow his path. Do I mess up?? DAILY. No joke here, folks! I know what I need to work on, I realize I am human & will mess up…. but I ask for forgiveness and try to be stronger next time. It's ok to mess up…. but you need to LEARN through your mistakes. If you don't 'learn' something….. it was a waste & a regret. If you learn… it was a valuable life lesson.

    Write down your WHY now!! And, it's ok to modify them as you meet goals and as 'life' happens. Take a deep breath……write.
